West Floral Park is a place unlike any other in Orange County.

Approximately 650 custom built, mid-century homes fill our tree-lined streets. Original farmhouses dot the area that once was walnut, avocado & orange groves. The neighborhood's unique character is defined by a mix of Cape Cod, Colonial, Ranch and Spanish architectural style houses.

Bordered by Santiago Creek, Flower, 17th and Bristol streets, you will see lots of pride in our well-kept homes and peaceful environment. Houses are set on large lots, ranging from Victorian cottages to over 4,000 square foot homes. Most of our one-of-a-kind homes have custom quality hardwood floors, raised foundations, & plaster walls.
